May. 2003. Increase capital to US$1,540,000; (UMC: 94.3%; NE Seal: 5.7%) Started construction of new plant in the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park.

Nov. 2003. Awarded “QS9000” for quality control. Started shipment to European customers.

Feb. 2004. Increased capital to US$1,815,000 (UMC: 80%; NE Seal: 20%)

Mar. 2004. Started manufacturing gaskets, Moved to new plant from rental plant.
